Return Policy

We strive to ensure a positive shopping experience every time. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a purchased item. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items bought on Gabi, on behalf of our sellers. It also specifies when returns will not be accepted or refunds issued.

 

Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance

Sellers on Gabi offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. Returns made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, this does not affect your legal rights against the seller. You may return items within the 7-day return period for the following reasons:

 

Return Reasons & Applicable Product Categories:

  • Changed my mind: Applicable for all product categories except those listed below.
  • Goods received spoiled or infested: All product categories.
  • Packaging was damaged: All product categories.
  • Incomplete or missing parts: All product categories.
  • Received decayed goods: All product categories.
  • Wrong product type or model: All product categories.

 

Note: Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with seals intact where applicable. If the item was damaged or became defective after delivery and reasonable use, it may still qualify for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are not eligible for returns, except in cases of wrong, defective, or fake items:

  • Intimates, underwear, nightwear, beach/swimwear.
  • Facial skincare, fragrances, hair care, and other personal care items.
  • Earrings, health and relaxation items.
  • Event tickets and software.

 

Additionally, customized items (e.g., personalized engravings, monograms, embossing, etc.) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or are materially different from what you ordered.

 

Damaged After Delivery

We do not accept returns of items damaged by the customer after delivery unless the damage occurred from reasonable use within the return period. Some items, such as clothing, sports & fitness equipment, and consumables, are excluded from this rule. For products covered under warranty, returns are handled via the seller’s warranty, not through our Returns and Refunds Policy. You can find warranty information on each product page.

 

Packaging and Return Process

When returning an item, please ensure it is in the exact condition you received it, with the original packaging, tags, and labels attached. For example, shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, and seals on items such as audio or video recordings or software must remain intact. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Before returning an item, make sure to remove all personal data or accounts linked to the product. Gabi is not responsible for any data breaches or accidental items included in the return package.
