Refund policy
If your return is approved or if you didn't receive an item from your order, we will refund the purchase price within the specified timeframe outlined on our Return Timelines page.
In the case of incorrect, defectiAve, or damaged items, we will refund the full cost of delivery once your return is processed.
However, if the return is not due to an error on our part or the seller's (e.g., if you changed your mind or the size doesn't fit), delivery fees will not be refunded. The refund request form will provide information on available payment methods for receiving your refund.
Rejected Returns and Refund Requests:
All returned items are inspected to verify the reasons for return. If your return request is not approved by Gabi, you will not receive a refund for the purchase price or delivery fees. We will make two attempts to redeliver the item within 3 business days.
If both redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will notify you, and the item will be held for 30 days at a designated location. Details for pickup will be included in our notification.
If you do not collect the item within these 30 days, the item will become the property of Gabi, and we reserve the right to dispose of it through sale, donation, recycling, or destruction.
No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
